The building is situated on a hill where you have a wonderful view that allows us to glimpse the horizon the promontory of Argentario and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. The farmhouse is on two floors with a large depandace which was expanded this year. There is also a large garden with swimming pool, fully equipped and bowling. There is also a barbeque area where you can cook and eat outdoors thanks to the brick paving and pergolas. There are also 3 parking spaces within the garden. Around the house lies a large portion of Mediterranean formed by vines and olive trees.
